JD Vance heading to Pittsburgh Thursday

WASHINGTON — Republican vice-presidential nominee JD Vance is heading to Pittsburgh on Thursday, a day after his previously announced stop in Williamsport.

Mr. Vance, a U.S. senator from Ohio, is scheduled to speak at The Pennsylvanian shortly after noon.

All four members of the major parties’ national tickets will be in the Keystone State this week.

The Democratic vice-presidential nominee, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, will hold a rally and fundraiser in Pittsburgh on Tuesday. President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden are scheduled to campaign Tuesday in the Philadelphia area.

Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris spoke in Erie on Monday while Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump was on the other side of the state at a town hall in the Philadelphia suburbs, and he will hold a rally Saturday at the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Latrobe, Westmoreland County.
