After this shopper locked her keys in the car, kind people stepped up

I go shopping on Fridays at the Shop ‘n Save in Castle Shannon.

I got my groceries, put them in the trunk of my car, shut the lid and realized that I locked my keys inside.

I went to the girl at the desk and told her and she called AAA for me. They were able to get the door open but could not open the trunk from the back seat, so they called for help, but that did not work either. They said I needed to call a locksmith.

My friend Jean stayed with me the whole time we waited. Then I realized I had a spare key at home and Jean drove me there.

When we got back to the car, a fireman from Castle Shannon started the car, opened the trunk and even checked the battery, which he said was low.

When I was ready to leave, a gentleman from Shop ‘n Save replaced all of my perishables.

There are good people in this world and I thank all the ones who helped me. God bless you all!
